General Terms

  1. By accessing or using Lazy Rhino, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. Lazy Rhino acts solely as a facilitator between users and suppliers/partners. We are not liable for any losses, expenses, damages, product quality issues, or taxes incurred by users while using our platform.

  3. All efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of product information, pricing, and availability. However, Lazy Rhino is not liable for any inaccuracies or changes that occur.

Product & Order Policy

  1. All products listed on our website are supplied and quality-assured by our vendors. Lazy Rhino is not directly responsible for the physical manufacturing of the products.

  2. Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Lazy Rhino.

  3. Cancellations will only be accepted if requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

  4. Lazy Rhino reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing or stock availability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

  5. In case of incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer, any extra cost for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

Returns & Complaints

  1. Complaints must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order. No claims will be entertained after this period.

  2. In case of non-delivery or delay due to natural disasters, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control (flood, fire, war, etc.), Lazy Rhino shall not be held liable.

User Responsibilities

  1. Users must provide accurate, complete, and true information during registration or order placement. Lazy Rhino reserves the right to verify details and deny access or service if false information is found.

  2. The user must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Lazy Rhino.

  3. Users are responsible for securing their payment information. Lazy Rhino is not liable for credit/debit card fraud. Use of a card must be by the authorized owner only.

Digital Orders, Cashback & Guest Checkout

  1. Cashback offers, if applicable, are not valid on Guest Checkout. To receive cashback, users must log in to a valid Lazy Rhino account while placing the order.

  2. In case of return or refund, no amount exceeding the original order value will be refunded under any circumstances.
