At Lazy Rhino, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review the following details carefully:
Domestic Orders (India)
Timeframe for Returns
You may return or exchange any product within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
To process such requests, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video should clearly show the condition of the package and highlight any missing or incorrect items.
Reverse Pickup Process
We will arrange the reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.
Only one reverse pickup will be arranged per order.
Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to courier the item using a reliable courier service, and we will reimburse the reasonable cost.
If reverse pickup is not completed within 24-48 hours after approval, kindly reach out to us so we can reinitiate the request.
Note: If you do not inform us of delays and the 7-day return window expires, we may not be able to process your request.
Refund Details
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD fee of ₹49 will be deducted.
For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of 3% will be deducted.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the case.
Exclusions – Final Sale Items
Products marked under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Innerwear Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are allowed on innerwear.
First Order Return/Exchange
Your first order is eligible for exchange or return, and you may receive a full refund (after applicable deductions as above).

Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any products shipped outside of India.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at care@lazyrhino.in within 7 days of delivery.
Attach clear photos and a detailed description for our review.
If approved, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed to your original method of payment.
